Mr. Amarjit Khural has over thirty-five years of experience in understanding business processes, architecting, developing, and implementing large-scale enterprise information technology solutions especially related to Healthcare Insurance and Financial Services. He possesses strong expertise in data architecture and business rengineering of high-volume transaction processing applications in various environments. He has owned the data architecture and oversight of core data platform, to facilitate Master Data Management, Reference Data Management, Data Quality Management, Data Integration, Data Distribution and Reporting / Business Intelligence. Mr. Khural has held senior leadership positions in design, development, and implementation of Medicaid and Medicare Data and Analytical Systems
Bin Shi brings more than 20 years of experience in IT including 15 years in Healthcare IT, focused on Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) proposal, design, implementation and maintenance in multiple states. He has worked for start-up, state/federal government contractor, and Fortune 500 companies in multiple roles including CTO, architect, and software developer. He is an enthusiast on cloud migration and the adoption of Serverless Architecture.
Bin holds Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and in Meteorology from University of Maryland at College Park, and Bachelor of Science in Space Physics from Peking University.
