  Arvinder has founded Coherence Inc. with a mission to deliver innovative tools and intelligent processes to bring meaningful change in healthcare. To realize coherence in the complex world of healthcare, Arvinder intends to leverage over two decades of health care experience in both Payer and Public Health domains. Having served in a senior leadership capacity guided teams and overseen operations nationally with an excellent reputation as an innovator, Arvinder aims to ensure excellence in everything that the organization undertakes, starting with assembling a team that shares the same passion and commitment. .

Wendy has over two decades of healthcare experience, including 15 years managing and delivering complex Medicare and Medicaid Enterprise System modernization projects. Given her extensive background in supporting federal and state healthcare programs, her expertise includes strategic planning, policy analysis, information technology assessments, CMS certification, state and federal funding requirements, and project management office operations.  

This broad skillset allows Wendy to formulate and implement highly effective solutions for her clients that generate significant program outcomes and sustainable change while navigating aggressive schedules, strict deadlines, and complex federal guidance.

Wendy thrives on challenges and excels in highly fluid and demanding situations.

Mr. Amarjit Khural has over thirty-five years of experience in understanding business processes, architecting, developing, and implementing large-scale enterprise information technology solutions especially related to Healthcare Insurance and Financial Services. He possesses strong expertise in data architecture and business rengineering of high-volume transaction processing applications in various environments. He has owned the data architecture and oversight of core data platform, to facilitate Master Data Management, Reference Data Management, Data Quality Management, Data Integration, Data Distribution and Reporting / Business Intelligence.  Mr. Khural has held senior leadership positions in  design, development, and implementation of Medicaid and Medicare Data and Analytical Systems

Bin Shi brings more than 20 years of experience in IT including 15 years in Healthcare IT, focused on Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) proposal, design, implementation and maintenance in multiple states. He has worked for start-up, state/federal government contractor, and Fortune 500 companies in multiple roles including CTO, architect, and software developer. He is an enthusiast on cloud migration and the adoption of Serverless Architecture.

Bin holds Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and in Meteorology from University of Maryland at College Park, and Bachelor of Science in Space Physics from Peking University.

Keith Morehouse is an innovative health care technology and modernization leader with more than two decades of demonstrated success in collaboration, envisioning, planning, and executing strategies to improve human service delivery models and systems in Federal, State, Regional, and Commercial settings. 

Keith is well versed in federal and industry standards including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA), National Information Exchange Model (NIEM), Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and related industry laws and regulations, e.g., Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
